Clinical Supervision for Psychotherapists

Supervision should do more than check a requirement box — it should make you a braver, clearer, more grounded clinician. That's the supervision I offer.

Who I supervise

Psychotherapy Master's students completing practicum placements — building your clinical foundations, finding your therapeutic voice, and learning to trust yourself in the room.

Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) accumulating the supervised practice hours required on the path to independent practice with CRPO.

Practicing therapists seeking clinical consultation — a fresh perspective on complex cases, trauma work, or the seasons of a therapy career where outside eyes matter.

What supervision with me is like

I'm a certified clinical supervisor, a Registered Psychotherapist, and a trauma specialist — and I bring the same values to supervision that I bring to therapy: trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and practical.

A safe place for honest practice. The cases that keep you up at night, the moments you froze, the client you dread — supervision only works if you can bring the real thing. There is no judgment here for being a developing clinician. That's what you're supposed to be.

Case conceptualization that clicks. We move beyond "what happened in session" into why — attachment dynamics, trauma responses, cultural context, and what the research actually supports — so your interventions come from understanding, not scripts.

Your professional identity. Theoretical orientation, niche, boundaries, fees, burnout prevention — the questions that shape a sustainable career and rarely get enough airtime in school.

Culturally attuned supervision. As a Black supervisor in a field where racialized clinicians are still underrepresented, I hold space for conversations about identity, race, and belonging in the profession — for clinicians of colour, and for any supervisee committed to anti-oppressive practice.
